Costco Healthy Grocery Haul

Here's my Costco Canada  grocery haul this week!  I picked up a few basics (fruit, veg, Turkey, bread), a few treats for the kiddos (Chicago Mix, croissants) and found a few new low-point treats for me to try. High protein bread (2 personal points for me but not gluten-free so this will be an in-moderation food) and a cauliflower crust kit (4 personal points for me).  I’ll round off this shop with a small haul at another grocery store this weekend, and then I’m already for some batch cooking this weekend.  Now that the kids are back to sports in the evenings I need quick grab-and-go freezer meals: chilli, soup, homemade sauce for pasta etc.  What are some of your favourite  #wwfoodfinds ? 3 Inspirational Quotes to Help You Stay Positive Today

We're literally almost 8 months into this pandemic and I don't know about you, but I'm totally over it. And I have the attitude to match the feeling that's for sure. So where do we go from here? Well, when I'm feeling "over it" I immerse myself in positivity...even if I don't feel like being positive. There is something to be said about reading inspirational quotes to help pull us out of a rut or a bad mood.  How do I do it? I scour Pinterest and Instagram for positive quotes until I land on a few that jolt me back to reality and remind me that if I think negative thoughts I'll never pull myself out of my little rut. I was feeling like that today.  Here are 3 inspirational quotes I found this morning to help us all stay positive (and sane) the rest of the week! Only 3 more sleeps 'til the weekends gals!  Feel free to save these, pin them, or write them down to look back on when you feel you need a little extra motivation to look on the bright s
